Thriving Thursday

For the first time in about 2 weeks, I feel confident saying I'm thriving. I worked out for 2.5 hours yesterday and followed my diet perfectly the whole week. The hardest part of my week so far is the after gym or after work time when I'm starving and have the urge to binge. I brought oatmeal and a banana to work to eat right before I left for the gym and I felt a little better. I am really trying to learn about myself and notice what my triggers are. When I know what makes me binge I tend to avoid it! Now for the big test....I left my shoes at home so I cant go to the gym....Will I go home and workout or will I end up on the couch......This is my weakness! I CAN DO IT!
