Shrinking Sunday

Current Weight: 264.8
Weekly Loss: +1.4
Loss-to-Date: 11.2

This is very frustrating. I ate about 1200 calories each day and I worked out 1-2 hours each day. I could not have been more dedicated and I gained. This is why people give up. I am not going to let this discourage me. My only thought on this gain is that my period is coming and I am hoping it is only water weight. Maybe next week will show some movement?

  1. I always ALWAYS gain before my period no matter how good I do. We'll see next week.
