It is very important that I eat before I go to the gym. If I don't eat before the gym, then I dont have energy at the gym and I feel so hungry that I am tempted to binge after the gym. My new favorite pre-gym snack is flax seed crackers, french onion laughing cow cheese and carrot sticks. It tastes great and it is filling enough to get through my workout without wanting to binge after. What is your favorite pre-gym snack?
