Mmmmmmmmmm Monday

It is very important that I eat before I go to the gym. If I don't eat before the gym, then I dont have energy at the gym and I feel so hungry that I am tempted to binge after the gym. My new favorite pre-gym snack is flax seed crackers, french onion laughing cow cheese and carrot sticks. It tastes great and it is filling enough to get through my workout without wanting to binge after. What is your favorite pre-gym snack?

  4. That looks yummy. I saw a commercial from Sargento cheese the other day. As the camera panned over other products, the announcer was talking about how they're not "real cheese". I had to laugh.

    How do the flaxseed crackers taste?

  5. Hey Joshua - I saw that commercial too. I love Sargento cheese but I also love Laughing Cow. The flax seed crackers are pretty awesome! I really like flax seed anything surprisingly!
