Mmmmmmmmmm Monday
So the new food trial this past weekend was pizza made with a cauliflower crust. If you're like me, you think that is crazy. I didn't understand how it was possible when I read it on another blog, Escape from Obesity. Well Andrea and I tried this mysterious pizza on Friday and let me tell ya, its pretty good. Clearly nothing will ever be the same as my beloved pizza, but this came pretty darn close! You can check out the recipe at the link above. Here are the pictures of our crazy substitute pizza.
