So - today as well as the rest of the week was not good! I woke up with all good intentions to stay on plan and workout. Well - the workout happened. I did 5 miles in 90 degree weather and I was really proud that I didnt back out because of the heat. After the walk, I went to my parents for a cookout since my brother and his GF were in town. Again - I had every intention of staying on plan and again it was a fail. I ate everything in site! This is why cheating is bad for me - I find it almost impossible to get back on track. I woke up this morning at 252lbs. That's 6 pounds heavier than I was on Monday - I am a pro at gaining weight :(
Food is like heroin.
My plan for this week is to stay on track and workout! I can do this! I need to break this addiction!
