June Boom!

A few of the blogs I read are doing the June Boom challenge and I have decided to get on the train.




The June Boom has three rules: 
  1. Exercise every day in June. I will exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
  2. Start something you've been putting off. I have been putting off my Couch to 5K program.  I will do this every other day.
  3. Be publicly accountable. I will blog about it and I will post it on my Facebook Daily.

    I love a good challenge!

  3. Thanks for sharing! I always like a good challenge as well. I'm going on vacation in about a week for all the month of June and July so this will be PERFECT! Cause one thing I CAN'T do is take a vacation from making healthy food choices and exercise. At least 3 times a week for the exercise! I'll be joining! =)

  5. I am new to your blog and will follow along..I love your list of non-food rewards. I'm very impressed with the C25K and I'm really going to do that at some point in the future, so will watch and learn with you
