A few of the blogs I read are doing the June Boom challenge and I have decided to get on the train.
The June Boom has three rules:
- Exercise every day in June. I will exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
- Start something you've been putting off. I have been putting off my Couch to 5K program. I will do this every other day.
- Be publicly accountable. I will blog about it and I will post it on my Facebook Daily.
I love a good challenge!
