Workout Wednesday
So - since this first week on the program is a bit of a detox, I am not going to be working out. The energy isn't here the first week so I don't want to push it. I will be doing laundry this week so at least I'll be moving. I get really out of breath going from my basement to my 3rd floor holding the laundry basket. Sad I know! Since I will start working out again next week, I was thinking of trying yoga. I did yoga a long time ago and I wasn't a fan but I think it could be nice to be more flexible and more relaxed. Do you guys like yoga?

I love yoga! Mine is the P90X version so it's not very relaxing but I definitely feel more toned, stretched and strong afterwards!
