Sum it Up Sunday!

This week was awesome!  I have been doing great and watching the pounds melt away.
Here are next week's goals
 
1.  Take all my vitamins and Ideal Protein supplements
2.  Workout 5 days
3.  Eat all my veggies!
4.  Don't sabotage the week during my jam packed weekend!
