So when I started Ideal Protein 2 weeks ago, they told me not to workout at first. I agreed and I haven't been working out. Well - I don't think this is the best for me. I need to go to the gym. I don't feel as good when I am not going to the gym and I really need the routine of it. Now that I am down 25 pounds, I don't feel AS uncomfortable. I have a few goals: I want to get back to a regular gym routine and I want to run a 5k on my 29th bday (Jan 8). I am going to start the Couch to 5K program again. Instead of doing it for 9 weeks like it is planned, I am going to do it for months instead. Running is not comfortable for me at this weight and I don't want to push myself and hurt my knees. I am going to take it slow and really condition my body. Here is my new workout/C5K program:
Monday - Southside Slopes Stair Climb w/ Andrea 6:00
Tuesday - Yoga 5:30, C5K
Wednesday - Body Pump 5:20, Zumba 6:30
Thursday - C5K, Abs
Friday - Zumba 5:15
Saturday - Body Pump 10:00, C5K
Sunday - Free Day
