Workout Wednesday

Now that the gym has changed classes, my workout routine has changed.
Here is my new schedule:

Monday Zumba 5:30 - 6:30
Tuesday Core and More 5:30 - 6:15 Turbo Kick 6:30 - 7:15 Wednesday Body Pump 5:20 - 6:30 Zumba 6:30 - 7:15
Thursday Core and More 5:30 - 6:15 Treadmill 30 mins
Friday Zumba 5:15 - 6:00
Saturday Zumba 11:00 - 12:00 (If I feel like it)
Sunday Free

  1. A better strategy is to always mix it up and keep your body from getting used to one kind of core workout. A simple way to mix it up is to change the order and number of reps or switching between a bosu ball and a stability board for example.

  2. Hann - thanks for the suggestion - my core class is different ever week - ball, bosu, bands, weights...never know what you're in for!
