Workout Wednesday

Well - Today I started my June Boom workout challenge.  I did 30 mins of kettlebells even though I was exhausted and I wanted to sleep.  I need to keep this up everyday and I will feel so much better about myself.  When I workout regularly, I tend to not binge!

  5. Rachel - I am very far from 200 and I can do it so I am sure you can. I was even doing it at 270.
