Not the best week since I was on vacation the whole time. I have to say though, I am getting better at seeing exercise as a routine part of the day, especially when I am out of town. I am back at work this week and a bit excited about being in my normal routine. I set my alarm early tomorrow to do Turbo Fire before work. History says that I wont wake up early and I will workout after my Weight Watchers meeting. Either way - it will be good!
