Truthful Tuesday
I was watching the Too Fat for 15 special last night and I really got to thinking about obesity. Obesity is a disease like cancer, but we have chosen to be obese - people with cancer and other diseases didn't chose it. People with AIDS live with it knowing that there is no cure. Why do obese people accept their disease when there is a simple cure - diet and exercise! I am not going to live with this disease anymore - I know my cure!

Totally agree. I used to kick myself...and moan about why I didn't do this earlier ( I'm 47) and I see 20's bloggers and think...thats the thing I should have done. But actually DOING it is what matters the most....and deciding not to live with it any more...you are so right
