Today I focused on my career and my overall happiness in my career. I had to list 5 things I like and dislike about my current position.

- Helping people
- Location
- My boss
- Co-workers
- Salary
- Upper management
- Morale
- I can't trust anyone there
- Stress
- To help others
- To share my (hopeful) success story
- To be my own boss
- To stay healthy
- To inspire others
These may sound like silly little exercises, but I have realized that I really never take the time to think about these things. My life will never improve if I don't brainstorm and plan on my next move. Here's to change!
Oh, man...some of your dislikes are MAJOR impacts on how you feel about work. That totally blows. But I love that you're doing this so you can see what you can change to have a healthier work atmosphere. Good job!
